Finance is subject to status and to minimum age requirements. Applicants must be a resident in the UK. Terms and Conditions apply.
8.2 The Company reserves the right to decline any applicant for finance
8.3 If electronic submission of your details is required you may receive an automated acknowledgement to confirm that your application has been received and is being processed. Any such communication is purely for acknowledgement purposes and shall not amount to offer and acceptance from the Company to provide you with any product or service.
8.4 In relation to all or any information submitted by you as part of an application for finance, the Company observes a strict duty of confidentiality about your financial affairs. The Company will not disclose details of your accounts or your name and address to anyone else other than to any confidentially appointed agents acting on its behalf, except in the four cases permitted by law, these are: Where the Company is legally compelled to do so; or Where there is a duty to the public to disclose; or Where the Company's legitimate interests required disclosure; or Where disclosure is made at your request or with your consent.
8.5 Formalities include the use of credit reference agencies who will note that an enquiry has been made about you. If you borrow and do not repay in full within the agreed credit terms, credit reference agencies may be advised and will note the outstanding debt. This may affect any future applications for credit facilities through the Company or other lenders.
9.1 The Company want the website to be informative, interesting and easy to use and cookies help to achieve this. The cookies used do not store personally identifiable information nor will they harm your computer.

Calls may be recorded. Calls charged at basic rate. The number provided may be included as part of any inclusive call minutes provided by your phone operator.

13(i) If any section of the terms and conditions is held by any competent authority to be invalid and/or unenforceable in whole or part, the validity and enforceability of the other sections shall not be affected.
13(ii) These terms and conditions including the documents or other sources referred to in these terms and conditions supersede all prior representations, understandings and agreements between you and the company relating to the use of this website and sets forth the entire agreement and understanding between you and the company for your use of the website.
